There are numerous coastal areas that have the appropriate waves during the summer to practice surfing in Biarritz. You’ll enjoy a lesson on land with a qualified instructor before getting wet and attempting to hang ten in the surf. This exhilarating experience may leave you exhausted, but you’ll never forget the moment you caught your first wave!

Versailles was once an important location where governmental affairs were conducted, and political decisions made. Its glory is truly a sight to be seen. Aside from its amazing architecture, Versailles’ history also makes the trip a must on anyone’s France to-do list.

As the seat of political power, Versailles naturally became the cradle of the French Revolution. It was there that Marie-Antoinette was famously alleged to have said, in response to the fact that the French people were starving, “let them eat cake”. Both the King and the Queen were later executed and feudalism in France was abolished.

We will be picked up by private coach after lunch. Once at the Chateau, we will take in the magnificent gardens and fountains, before a private guide takes us inside the palace to learn about the palace’s history and the people of the time.

Pisa, known for its architectural gone terribly wrong, but the must see world-famous Leaning Tower. You will take a 2-hour walking tour and visit the Piazza dei Miracoli, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and see the most famous monuments: the Baptistery, the Cemetery, and the Cathedral. Stop for lunch and enjoy delicious pizza in Pisa and later enjoy gelato in front of the Leaning Tower where you can capture some pretty amazing photos! Your private coach will take your back to Florence in time for dinner.

Maccarese is one of the largest Italian agricultural areas, being used for production of dairy, livestock, and crops. It also provides a beautiful and fun coastal area within easy reach of the Italy's capital.  Immerse yourself in a full day of swimming, relaxing on the sand, perusing through the shops in the town or even challenging your friends to some beach volleyball.
